J L Faynum is a fast growing, privately owned developer of homes in the South East of England. Founded with a single mission: to build structures with enduring value and the potential to become timeless. Our team of creative professionals carefully evaluate each project in order to attain every inch of potential.

A subsidiary of the Moyle and Moyle Trading Group, J L Faynum is the product of over 40 years experience as an owner builder.

Our target sites have a GDV range of £1m to £10m. We choose to operate in this lower scale of developments for two reasons. Firstly to offer a more bespoke and unique styled final product. Secondly because within these parameters we can self finance our projects, eradicating issues of time constraints and penalties that can come with 3rd party finance. We will often adapt and change a project throughout construction as new opportunities and ideas present themselves. No corners are cut and no stone left unturned, the final piece must be flawless.
