Our target sites have a GDV range of £1m to £10m. We choose to operate in this lower scale of developments for two reasons. Firstly to offer a more bespoke and unique styled final product. Secondly because within these parameters we can self finance our projects, eradicating issues of time constraints and penalties that can come with 3rd party finance. We will often adapt and change a project throughout construction as new opportunities and ideas present themselves. No corners are cut and no stone left unturned, the final product must be exemplary.

We are always keen to hear from landowners and agents who have land or buildings suitable for development.

Opportunities we consider include:

  • Greenfield and brownfield sites

  • Urban or rural locations

  • Sites with or without planning permission

  • Commercial premises/hotels suitable for redevelopment
